Our wig product is made of Kanekalon fiber, also known as "High-temperature resistance fiber", which is a thermostable material. It can be curled or straightened using an Electronic Hair stick at temperatures lower than 120 degrees Celsius. The ideal temperature for styling is usually between 70-90 degrees Celsius. It is important to be cautious of high temperatures when styling the hair, as excessive heat can cause damage.

Our wig product is not suitable for dyeing due to the lack of a hair cuticle to retain color for an extended period of time. The hair cream rinses inside the wig cap also cannot be washed.

To wear the wig, follow these steps: gently comb the hair with a specialized comb (excluding curly wigs), secure the wig cap with the buckle, and spray wig care solution before styling the wig according to your preference.

When cleaning and caring for the wig, straighten out the hair, use shampoo in cold or warm water, soak for 1-3 minutes, rinse with water, dry with a towel, let it air dry, and then spray some care solution.

All wigs may experience shedding and tangling, especially when first worn, which is normal. To prevent this, use professional metal combs to gently detangle the hair starting from the ends and working your way up, rather than from the roots down. For curly wigs, it is recommended to use your fingers to comb through.

Please keep in mind that all wigs are hand-trimmed, so there may be slight variations in hairstyle between batches. You can style the wig according to your preference. Color may also vary slightly depending on your personal computer or cellphone monitor settings. We strive to accurately represent colors in all our products.

Note: To restore the wig's natural fluffiness after packaging and transport, gently shake the wig upon receiving it. The length of the wig is approximately 65 cm, while the ponytail measures around 55 cm. The cap size has a maximum circumference of approximately 20-21 inches (51-53 cm), with some margin of error. The size is adjustable. The package includes 1 wig and 2 ponytails.
