Our wig product is made of Kanekalon fiber, a thermostable material that can be curled or straightened by an electronic hair stick at temperatures less than 120 ℃. Generally, the appropriate temperature is around 70-90 ℃ as high temperatures can permanently damage the hair.

Our wig product cannot be dyed since there are no hair cuticles to retain the color for a long time, and the hair cream rinses inside the wig cap cannot be washed.

Steps for wearing the wig: 1. Gently comb with a wide-tooth comb. 2. Put on the wig cap. 3. Place the wig on and adjust the inner net buckle. 4. Ensure the wig stays in place.

To clean and care for the wig: 1. Detangle the hair using a wide-tooth comb. 2. Use shampoo in cold or warm water to soak for 1-3 minutes. 3. Rinse with water and dry with a towel. 4. Gently shake the wig to regain its style and let it dry naturally.

Shedding and tangling may occur, especially when wearing the wig for the first time. Use a wide-tooth comb to comb the hair from root to end to prevent shedding and tangling. For curly wigs, it is recommended to comb them using your fingers.

All wigs are hand-trimmed so the hairstyle may vary slightly from batch to batch. You can restyle the wig as needed. Colors may also vary slightly depending on your monitor settings, but we strive to represent them accurately.

Please note: the wig may be flattened during packaging or transport, so gently shake it upon receiving to restore its fluffiness. The length of the wig is approximately 70cm with a 52cm ponytail. The cap size is adjustable with a maximum circumference of approximately 20-21 inches (51-53 cm). Each package includes one wig made of 100% high-temperature fiber fiber.
