Our wig product is crafted from Kanekalon fiber, a thermostable material that allows for styling with an electronic hair stick at temperatures less than 120°C. It is recommended to use temperatures around 70-90°C to prevent any permanent damage to the hair strands.

Unfortunately, our wig product cannot be dyed due to the absence of hair cuticles that retain color for an extended period. Additionally, the hair cream rinses inside the wig cap are not washable.

When wearing the wig, follow these steps: gently comb through with a wide-tooth comb, apply the wig cap, position the wig, and adjust the inner net buckle for a secure fit.

For cleaning and care, detangle the hair with a wide-tooth comb, wash with shampoo in cold or warm water, rinse thoroughly, pat dry with a towel, shake gently to restore the style, and allow to dry naturally.

To address shedding and tangling, especially common during initial wear, use a wide-tooth comb to gently remove any tangles. Start at the ends and work your way up to prevent further tangling. Curly wigs are best combed with fingers.

Since our wigs are hand-trimmed, there may be slight variations in hairstyle between batches. Feel free to restyle the wig to your liking. Colors may also vary slightly depending on your computer or phone monitor settings.

Please Note: Due to packaging and transportation, the wig may arrive slightly out of shape. Simply comb through it or use an electric hair rod to straighten it out for the desired look.
